Long New is able to handle both large and small tooling projects.
In-house
- Long New is in complete control of your tooling program
at all times. We design, build and sample your molds in-house.
Capabilities -
we design the following tools (cold runner, hot runner, insert
molding, overmolding, 2-Shot injection and stack molds) with
a variety of techniques utilized to reduce the overall tool
cost and lead times. Aside from production tooling, we also
provide prototype processes such as Stereolithography, Selective
Laser Sintering, CNC Models, etc. Molds from Long New to
a great extent will be delivered tried and tested as well,
for certainty that the product runs according to plan and
for smooth introduction into the customers production.
